The Plot: A comedy about a veteran NYPD cop (Willis) whose rare baseball card is stolen. Since it's his only hope to pay for his daughter's upcoming wedding, he recruits his partner (Morgan) to track down the thief, a memorabilia-obsessed gangster.
To start out this was Keven Smiths first movie where he didn't write it as well as direct it. And you can see that in the film. The film wasnt that funny to start out with. i laughed maybe a tottal of three times. And that was all from Seann William Scott.
And the interrogation scene was slightly funny. But overall, its just not that great of a film. The jokes are blan. The action is weak. All around this is Keven Smiths worst film.
And Keven Smiths is one ofmy favorite directors. So dont think im a smith hater. The title had it right with this one. Its diffently a "cop out".
Overall this movie is a BULLSHIT! But at best, if your willing to sit threw an hour and a half of bullshit, then its a very low RENT IT!
