I can't believe this movie didn't get a wide release. The movie was only released in very few theaters. To start out the movie is about, A brutal former heavyweight boxing champion Cleon "Slammin'" Salmon (Duncan), now owner of a Miami restaurant, makes a competition to see which waiter can earn the most money in one night: the winner will get $10,000, while the loser will endure a beating at the hands of the champ.
The movie stars the group of stars know as "Broken Lizard". Which have brought you 'Club Dread', 'Super Troopers', 'Beer Fest', etc. The comedy and chemistry between the characters is very well put together. If you've ever worked in a restaurant then you can relate to the situations that happen during the night.
I laughed from beginning to end. It could have had a little bit more character development, but it's not really needed in this type of movie. I'm gonna cut this short because it's really late.
So I give it a RENT IT. It's a funny movie, if your looking for a laugh then rent it. Plus it's coming out on DVD April 13, 2010 anyways. Ha.
